At present, we do not accept returns or process refunds. Every item purchased is made to order in small batches. Simply for hygiene and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.

NOTE: Your order is made fresh and preservative free and therefore has a shelf life of 3-5 months, from the purchase date. Please avoid getting the whipped body scrub, lotion bar and body butter wet or they will spoil faster.

Our products are made with natural ingredients, which may cause sensitivity for some. We recommend performing a patch test to ensure there is no reaction. All ingredients are disclosed for all products.
